I am a Postdoctoral Fellow (2026-2027) and Assistant Professor (2027 onwards) at the Department of Economics of KU Leuven.
My main research interests are international trade, development and labor economics. My research explores how globalization shapes firms and workers in developing countries. Methodologically, I combine quasi-experimental methods, structural modeling, and randomized controlled trials.
Previously I worked at theInter-American Development Bank and at the World Bank. I hold a PhD from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and ECARES, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
